Process
- Drill Hole: Drill a hole in the base material matching the anchor’s diameter and depth.
- Clean Hole: Clear debris with compressed air or a brush to ensure full expansion.
- Insert Shield: Insert the expansion shield into the hole until flush with the surface.
- Tighten Eye Bolt: Thread and tighten the eye bolt into the shield. As you turn, the internal cone pulls into the shield, expanding it and anchoring securely in place.
